Create your own sampler pack! Mix and match any 4 pieces of all-beef salami flavors listed. Each piece of beef salami listed weighs 1.5-1.7 lbs per log. You will receive a minimum of 6.00 lbs of beef salami per order. The diameter of the salami is about 1.75 inches.

If you would like 1 piece of each, select all four flavors.

If you would like 2 pieces of 2 flavors, select only 2 flavors and we will know to give you 2 and 2.

If you would like all of 1 flavor, select 1 flavor only, and we will know to give you 4 pieces.

These are the incredible recipes used to pitch for other clients. All those samples for those clients led to a surplus of various tests. Enjoy the salami!
