Cremosa Tartufata is our take on the ciascolo, the rare delicacy of Umbria, a region reknowned for their black truffles. Made with Berkshire pork and sweet Calabrian pepper, we incorporate the highest quality Italian black truffles from Savini to complement this luxurious spreadable salami.  Rich and buttery, Cremosa Tartufata is amazing simply tossed with your favorite pasta, or spread over crostini. Mix with your favorite butter and create a compound topping for a steak or roasted pork, or rub under the skin of any poultry to increase moisture, evenly crisp up skin, and infuse earthy truffle aroma throughout the meat during roasting!
